She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Hansen and LaVonne Hansen (Gisleson); her husband Lloyd Palmer; her sister Sharon Diaz; and her parents-in-law, Clayton and Juanita Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Gilbertson (Dennis), Laurie Kasper (Timothy), Julie McKoskey (Walter), Lynn Williams (Brad) and Cheryl Erickson (Paul); her grandchildren, Sara Hernandez (Tony), Douglas Gilbertson, Rhianna Iverson (Wayne), Joshua Kasper (Lyndsey), Thomas McKoskey (Hattie), Christopher Williams (Diana), Bryce Williams (Brianna), Chad Erickson, Adam Erickson (Emily), Tana Sheehan (AJ), Ellie Howell (Connor) and Lauren Lipinski (Sean); and her sisters, Janice Matson, Jean Carmichael, Judy Fisher, Sue Weitzel, Sandi Johnson and Shellie Schroeder. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren with two on the way; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church (301 W Clark St, Albert Lea, MN 56007). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
