He is survived by: his wife Tami (Vidmar); his children, Amber Flategraff, Ashley Fisher and Adam Flategraff; his grandchildren, Dakota, Dominic, Jayden, Ahvah, Eben, Grant, Gavyn and Rylah; his siblings, Terry Flategraff, Randy Burg, Jim Burg, Cheryl Langfus and Nancy Scholta; and his cousins, Tom Johnson, Lori Astleford, Renee Bechtold and Wendy Deatherage.
