She is survived by: her sister Bea Corkum; her children, Greg Aalberg (Melinda), Alice Nemec (Edward Jr.), Sharon Wangen (Matthew) and John Aalberg (Wendy); her grandchildren, Analissa Berkemier (Brett), Michelle Brown (Brian), Nicole Becks (Matthew), Edward Nemec III, Amy Nemec, Mary Wangen (Hayden Holgate), Elizabeth Wangen (Dan Owens), Joshua Wangen, Rachel Wangen (Trevor Tuman), Vanessa Hill (Alex), Chase Coleman (Sandra), Stacey Maricle (Chuck), Tracey Zirbes (Brad) and Crystal Cox; and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Ryley Berkemier, Breck, Elle, Bryer Becks, Isabelle and Violet Brown.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St Theodore Catholic Church (315 E Clark St, Albert Lea, MN 56007). A burial was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the St Theodores Cemetery.
