He is survived by: his fathers, Donald Falk and Peter Falk (Hoese) of Albert Lea; his brother Steve Falk of Albert Lea; his sister-in-law Cindy Falk of Champlin; and his nieces and nephews, Holly Falk, Michael Falk, Brady Falk, Katie Falk and Stephi Dorosh (Falk).
