He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his daughters, Lisa Olson, Julie Hammer (Chad) and Shelly Zwirner (Brian); his grandchildren, Shanna Andresen, Jessica Johnson, Travis Johnson (Isabelle), Randy Peterson (Lorelei), Brandon Peterson (Megan), Christian Vokoun (Tracy) and Jayden Hammer; his sisters, Clarine Wallace (Floyd), Beth Breamer (Dave) and Thelma Niebuhr (Charlie); and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Bohlsen, Joelle Schaefer (Charlie), JoAnn Hinders (Randy), Janee Boever (Frank), Julie Holland and Joyce Shauberger (Will).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bayview Freeborn Funeral Home (1415 State Hwy 13, Albert Lea, MN 56007). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
