He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsa Burnett (Vater) and Leo Burnett; his wife Shirley Barrett; his daughter Barbara; and his siblings, Phil and Carolyn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janice Fladeboe (Douglas), Mary Gelderman (John) and Kathryn Tschida (Todd); his siblings, Richard and Ann; and his grandchildren, David (Brittany), Mark, Paul (Camille), Max (Jill) and Johanna (Matt).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of St Peter (1405 State Hwy 13, Mendota 56096). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to Pillars Hospice or the charity of your choice.
