He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Polley and Pearly Polley; and his spouse Jean Clark. He is survived by: his children, Carol Sue Farmer (David), Monica Jensen, Teri Demmer (Brian), Kimberly Dilling (Todd) and Richard Polley (Debbie). He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren, and 7 Great Great Grandchildren.
