He was predeceased by: his parents, Reiner Johnson and Mabel Johnson (Honstad). He is survived by: his brother Gary Johnson (Renee); his nieces, Dawn Barnick (David), Lisa Reuter, Kari Wannarka (Mark), Jenny Thompson (Dana) and Cindy Thompson; and his nephew Brad Lombard (Jena). He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; and several extended family members and countless friends.
