He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Christenson and Hazel Christenson (Sward); his son Shawn Thomas; and his siblings, Marjorie Solberg, Raymond Jr., Palmer and Steve.

He is survived by: his son Kevin Daniel; and his siblings, Rose Glienke (Carl), Nancy Walterman, Robert, Fred, Will, Dave, Phil and Jon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fairlane Building.
