It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wayne Thorson (Albert Lea, Minnesota), who passed away on July 28, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Wayne Thorson to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Thorson and Laura Thorson (Dahlum); his son Steven Thorson; and his sister Patricia Ranum (Dwayne). He is survived by: his wife Judy Wayne Anderson of Albert Lea; his children, Paul Thorson (Misty), Dionne Billat (Mike) and Lori Linde (Jeff); his stepchildren, Lisa Dahl (Dean), Lora Sipple and Jeffery Anderson; and his siblings, Arlin Thorson (Pat), Mary Farland (Kieth) and Phillis Carnes (Dennis). He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (501 S Washington Ave, Albert Lea, MN 56007). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
