He is survived by: his wife Angie; his daughter Brooke Olson Blair (Jimmy); his granddaughters, Adeline and Elowen Blair; his sister Suzanne Olson; his mother-in-law Betty Howell; his brothers-in-law, Bob Howell (Mary Jo) and Jeff Howell (Tammy); and his nieces and nephews, Alex Scherber, Michael Olson (Jaimee), Justin Howell (Amanda), Amanda Howell (Joseph), Dylan Howell (Hallie) and Jillian Howell (A. J.).
