He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Neisius and Marie Neisius (Polzine); his grandson Payton Stark; and his sister Berneva Johnson (Duane). He is survived by: his wife Anita Neisius of Alberta; his children, Mark Neisius of Mounds View and Heidi Stark (Curt) of Alexandria; his granddaughter Paige Stark of Fargo; and his siblings-in-law, Ronald Pederson (Janet) of Oak Park, Richard Pederson of Osakis and Sandra VanValkenburg (Don) of Alexandria. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
