Baxter (Ryan) of Kensington and Hannah M. Ruhl of Alexandria; his siblings, Ken Ruhl of Kansas City, Michael Ruhl of St. Cloud and Catherine "Cathy" Houston of Alexandria; and his grandchildren, Atlas Daniel and Sheridan Francis Baxter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
