He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Strunk (Kirby) and Jodi Christopherson; his grandchildren, Shawn Strunk (Caitlyn), Alyssa Strunk (Lindsey Samson), Taylor Krienke (Shane), Isaac Strunk, Ashli Evers (Layne), Drew Christopherson and Carter Christopherson; his great grandchildren, Parker, Hudson Strunk, Hadley, Baby Krienke and Brynlee Evers; his siblings, Wendelin "Junior" Koep, Jr. (Joan), Myron Koep (Virginia), Allen Koep (Debbie), Wayne Koep (Carol), Gerard Koep (Doris), Ralph Koep (Connie) and Arleen Martenson; his stepbrother Alan Hagedorn; and his sister-in-law Anne Koep. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
