He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Holthusen and Helen Holthusen (Patrick); and his sisters, Sharon Holden and Laura Bicknell. He is survived by: his wife Carol Holthusen of Alexandria; his children, Ashley Hull of Alexandria and Andrew Holthusen of Alexandria; his granddaughter Aurora Hull of Alexandria; and his siblings, Chris Holthusen of Alexandria, Brian Holthusen (Aimee) of St. Paul, Paul Holthusen of Alexandria and Anne Bicknell of Aiken. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
