He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer L. Nolting and Ella E. Nolting (Teigland); his son Christopher; and his wife Mary Normandin of Anne's Catholic Church. He is survived by: his children, Angele Anderson of Alexandria and Joseph Nolting of Alexandria; his granddaughters, Nicole of Alexandria and Stephanie Anderson of Alexandria; his siblings, Virginia Hegre of Waconia and Vernon Nolting (Jean) of Moorhead; and his siblings-in-law, Dolores Normandin of Fargo and Michael Normandin of Crookston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of St. Mary (420 Irving St, Alexandria, MN 56308). A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
