He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Harstad and Gladys Harstad; his brother David (Jackie); and his daughter Dana. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Weddle (Greg) of Geneva, IL and David Harstad (Darla) of Alexandria; his grandchildren, Briana Olson, Carly Weddle, Connor Weddle, Zachary Harstad and Lucas Harstad; his great grandchildren, Everett and Gwendolyn; his sister Mary Compas (David); his sister-in-law Sandy Harstad; and his close friend Karen White.
