He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Haaven and Lois Haaven; and his great grandchild Jon Thomas Dingwall Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Doris (Engel) and Kent; his wife Bonnie; his daughters, Kim Dingwall (Tom), Jamie Poegel (Marv), Mindy Boerger (Bill), Jennifer Maloney and Stacy Haaven-Goehring (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Lisa Dingwall (Jason Bitzan), Jon Dingwall (Kami), Laura Garcia (Josh), Geoff Noe (Ashley), Mark Haaven (Brandi), Keri Roering (Jason), Steve Maloney (Alisa), Lexi Maloney and Dillon Maxwell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Congregational Church, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, or Vivie Hospice.
