He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth and Gudrun (Botner); his in-laws, Carol and Harold Erickson; and his sister-in-law Alice Erickson Hustad (Sonia).
He is survived by: his wife Deb; his children, Shawn (Bob Olson), Ashley (Patrick Amelung) and Glenn Keith Johnson; his grandchildren, Gavin, Corbin, Luca Olson, Libby (Kolten Kuhlmann) and Isaac Amelung; his great grandchildren, Westie and Oakley Kuhlmann; his sister Renee Caye; and his brothers-in-law, Ray Erickson (Vicki) and Arlyn Hustad (Gail). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 5:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church (304 Elm St S, Sauk Centre, MN 56378).
