He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mitlyng and Inez Mitlyng (Norman); his brother Keith Mitlyng; his nephew Bill Mitlyng; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Donley and Wayne Donley.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Donley; his daughters, Jennifer Burgfechtel (John) of The Villages and Christine Deutscher (Don) of Windsor, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Brooke, Brady, Leilani and Kaili; his brother Joseph Mitlyng (Terry); and his in-laws, Heidi Donley, Susan Johanson (Craig), Sharlene Paur (Jeff), David Donley (Mel) and Cheryl Donley.
