He was predeceased by: his father William Ballard; and his brother-in-law Larry Knudson. He is survived by: his mother Lela Ballard (Resley); his siblings, Deanna Knudson, Carolyn Fedorak, Rosemary Beitz (Bob), James Ballard (Bernadette), William Ballard (JR), Rebecca Chavez (Mario), Andrea Kelnhofer (Michael) and Raymond Ballard; and his caregivers, Erik and Dawn Filipiak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
