He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Midtvedt and Dolores Midtvedt (Gephart); his grandparents, Leonard Gephart (Josephine) and Olaf Midtvedt (Esther); his brothers, Harold, Raymond and David; his siblings-in-law, David Gleeson, Karen Midtvedt and Rosie Midtvedt; and his daughter-in-law Susan Midtvedt.
He is survived by: his uncles, Lenny Gephart Jr., Joe Lauer and Ron Zeman (Detroit Lakes); his wife Kathleen McLinn (Kay); his children, Tom (Mary) of New Prague, Mary (Mike Berger) and Pamela Lezer (Todd) of Sauk Centre; his stepson Randy Olson (Lacey) of Yucaipa; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Grace, Sophia, Elizabeth Midtvedt, Noah, Olivia Lezer, Zach (Lauren) and Lauren Olson; his brother Dennis (Lois); and his siblings-in-law, Larry Gleeson (Dallas) and Sharon Gleeson (Dallas). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
