He was predeceased by: his wife Marianne Regina Steinbach (Zierlein). He is survived by: his parents, Alex Steinbach and Rose Steinbach (Kronewitter); his siblings, John P. Steinbach, Mary Wollert, Barbara Phillips, Helen Mildenberger Setser and Julia Wiggins McRady; his nephews, Leonard Steinbach, Larry Mildenberger, Gary Wollert, Greg Peters, David Mildenberger, Bobby Amerin, Scott Steinbach and Mike Steinbach; his niece Sharon Frazier (Mildenberger); his children, Thomas Steinbach (Michele) of Apex, NC and Monika Leonard (Scott) of Madison, WI; his grandchildren, Zachary Steinbach, Sydney Leonard, Hannah Steinbach, Grace Leonard, Holden Steinbach and Claire Steinbach; and his sisters, Rose Ann Peters of Murfreesboro, TN and Dorothy Amerin of Thornton, CO..
