He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Michelle Calkin (Rob) of Matthews and Mike Vraa (Sonja); his grandchildren, Hayley Adams (Austin), Chad Calkin, Alex Vraa and Gavin Vraa; and his sister Arlene Schmidt. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
