She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gesell and Amalia Gesell (Hartfiel); her husband Howard J. Freudenberg; and her siblings, Clara Venzke, Ella Betterman, Gertrude Grothmann, Violet Backhaus, Clarence, Sylvester, Lawrence and Marvin Gesell.
She is survived by: her children, William "Bill" Freudenberg (R'Lou) of Parkers Prairie, Glen Freudenberg (Bonnie) of Parkers Prairie and Ann Koep (Ken) of Alexandria; her sister Vergene Henning of Alexandria; her sister-in-law Lucille Gesell of Norfolk, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Andrea Salgado of Phoenix, Michael Freudenberg (Danielle) of Maricopa, Karl Freudenberg of Chandler, Jered Freudenberg (Brooke) of Alexandria, Jenna Schlafke (Ted) of Parkers Prairie and Chris Koep (Kendall) of Alexandria; and her stepgrandchildren, Katie Weidler (Cody) of Zumbrota, Emily Greve (Adam) of Parkers Prairie and Michael Henry of Rochester. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and five step great-grandchildren.
