He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Margaret; and his sister Chari Danielson. He is survived by: his wife Joanie; and his siblings, Kathy Lewis and Steve. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and countless friends.
