He was predeceased by : his wife Sandra K Fields; his parents, Edward Fields and Lorraine Fields; his siblings, John "Jack" Fields and Mary Tregnor; and his siblings-in-law, Delia Hilock, Diane Fields, John Tregnor and Richard Boser.
He is survived by : his siblings, Jeannie Cox (Bob), Marjorie Boser, Gary Fields, Michael Fields and Charles Fields.
