He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Leo and Arlene Sebring. He is survived by : his wife Jessica Boozer; his parents, Tom Hoernemann and Cathy Hoernemann; his brother Jared Hoernemann; his grandparents, Ray and Ardelle Hoernemann; and his cousin Brent Wibben. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and many, many friends.
