He is survived by : his daughters, Jenny Rose and Katie Van Horn (Matthew); his grandchildren, Levi and Aspen; and his sisters, Anita Gahlon (Steve) and Julie Sandwick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as close family and friends.
