He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Albert, Ethel Dunker, Ingvald and Alma Ness; his father Larry B. Ness Sr.; and his uncles, Dwayne A. Ness, Russell Ness, Dr. Carmen O. Ness and Alexander Bollinger, Sr..

He is survived by : his mother I. Joan M. Ness, Sr. (Dunker); his wife Jackie Ness (Underwood); his daughters, Joann Ramaker (Troy) and Jillyan Ness; his grandson Carter Ramaker; his siblings, Larry Ness Jr. (Deb), Lee Ness, Lowell Ness (Cheri) and Lori Tusa (Jim); his aunts, Evelyn Bollinger (Ness), Judith Uher (Dunker) and Carleen Austinson (Dunker); and his uncle A. Michael Dunker. He is also survived by many loving cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 3:00 PM at 3005 142nd Ln NW, Andover, MN 55304.
