He was predeceased by: his parents, George Nels and Leona Mae Johnson (Jenson). He is survived by: his wife Gaylene; his children, Samuel (Robyn), Luke Johnson (Lorrie) and Rachel Berry (Carter); his granddaughter Charlotte Berry; and his sisters, Linda Wolfe (Sheldon), Diane Ford (Bill), Gwen Geithman (John) and Jane Hafdal (Bill). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
