He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Berg and Ida Berg; his wife Darlene; and his siblings, Les Berg (Jackie), Alan Berg (Beverly), Ron Berg and Russell Berg.
He is survived by: his sister Charlotte Watzl (Ed); his sister-in-law Carol Brown (Jim); his children, Dean Berg (Kim), Debbie Woodward (Steve Bulluck), David Berg (Kim), Don Berg, Denny Berg (Francine) and Diana Berg; his grandchildren, Kristina Grotjohn (Justin), Joey Berg, Trinity Rekow (Jordan) and Travis Hare; and his great grandchildren, Isabel and Aurora.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Gearhart Funeral Home (11275 Foley Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55448).
