He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Katie Juergens (Jeremy), Benjamin Tacheny (Jade), Melissa Waldvogel (Spencer), Mary Whitinger (Dustin) and Jacob Tacheny (Payton); and his siblings, Rhonda Martinka (Doug), Terry Tacheny (Colleen), Karla McAfee (Mike) and Lisa Killian.
