He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Trude and Myra Trude; his siblings, Trudy Moore (Don) and Terry Trude (Bonnie); and his brother-in-law Paul Fladland.

He is survived by : his wife Julie; his children, Laura Egan (Joe), Collin Trude (Jane) and Brian Trude; and his siblings, Rachel Neumann, Earlene Strode (Rollin), Glory Fladland, Grace Moe (John) and Debi Swanson (Norm).

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Lutheran Church (11115 Hanson Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55433). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
