He is survived by: his wife Melissa of Pine River; his stepdaughter Megan Laine Jung (Dominic) of Reno, NV; and his siblings, Leon Boonstra (Jodie) of Omaha, NE, Brian Boonstra (Colleen) of Willmar, Gregg Boonstra of Grove City, David Boonstra of Litchfield, Karen Boonstra of Spicer, Susan Boonstra, Nancy Boonstra of Willmar, Julie Schaffer of Shoreview and Mary Thompson (Troy) of Maple Grove. He is also survived by four nephews, six nieces, two step grandchildren and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
