He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Swanson and Ruth Swanson (Olson); his daughter Amanda; and his sister Beverly Neuman. He is survived by: his wife Laura Swanson; his daughter Melissa Hansen (Blake) of Golden Valley; his grandsons, Wesley and Henry Hansen; his sisters, Roxanne Lunderby of Watertown and Brenda Harkman (David) of Monticello; and his brother-in-law Lloyd Neuman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church (5460 63rd St NW, Maple Lake, MN 55358). A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
