He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Starr, and Martha Starr, Sr. (Hisgun); his sisters, Delores and Loretta; and his close friend Nancy Goodman.
He is survived by : his granddaughter Tahleah; his stepdaughter Lenora Jones of Ponsford; and his stepgranddaughter Tahleah Thompson of Blaine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
