Bernie Koep Obituary
We announce the death of Bernie Koep (Anoka, Minnesota), who passed away on October 12, 2026, at the age of 74. Bernie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Koep and Mary Ann Koep (Becker); and his brother Jim Koep. He is survived by: his wife Jan Koep; his daughters, Alanna Wolkerstorfer (Matt), Amanda Gregory (Dan), Cassie Johnson (Casey) and Christa Nicholson (Dakota); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Jayce, Kayla Wolkerstorfer, Colin, Mason, Grace Gregory, Amy Johnson, Maxine and Sage Nicholson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Stephen's Catholic Church (525 Jackson St, Anoka, MN 55303). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 2:15 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Fridolin Cemetery (11700 Goose Lake Rd, Champlin, MN 55316).
