She was predeceased by: her parents, John West and Margaret West; and her children, Ramona Ledington (Richard) of Guthrie, OK and Michael Bethke of Stillwater, MN. She is survived by: her sons, Bill Bethke (Karen) of Black Forest, CO and David Bethke (Becky) of Rogers, MN. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and other loving family and friends.
