She is survived by : her former life partner Eugene Hoffman; her husband Bernard Wurm; her pet Joey; her children, Karen Berg (Doug), Leanne Struve (Matt), Scott Hoffman, Kristi Hoffman and Jeff Hoffman (Sybil); her grandchildren, Anika, Aidan, Betsy, Lily and Will; her stepdaughters, Colleen King (Mike), Lisa Weiss (Dan) and Nancy Wurm; her grandchildren, Patricia, Jenna, Matthew K., Amanda, Matthew W. and Meghan; and her siblings, Rosemary, Theresa, Dorothy and Edwin John. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
