He is survived by: his wife Connie; his sons, Chad (Miriam), Trent (Amy) and Dane (Lori); his grandchildren, Amy Kinsley (Janson), Megan Dawson (Dom), Kyle Van Hulzen (Ellie), Drake Van Hulzen, Jake Van Hulzen (Lexi) and Anna Van Hulzen; his great grandchildren, Carter, Harper and Mack; and his siblings, Harold (Mary), Virg (Roni), Dean (Becky) and Deb Vander Haar (Cal). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
