He was predeceased by: his son James W. Myers; his parents, John C. Myers and Elizabeth L. Myers; and his niece Nicole Anderson of North St. He is survived by: his wife Sally; his sons, John (Heather) and David (Angela); his grandchildren, Jacob (MacKenzie), Madilyn Skroch (Donley), Amanda Raymond (Joe), Wes and Avery; and his great grandchildren, Emric and Julian.

In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to Cure Alzheimer's Fund or Xerces Society.
