She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Shermer and George Shermer; her husband Tom; her son John; her brothers, Harold Shermer and Jerome Shermer; her siblings-in-law, Ron Metty and Donna Linder; and her nephew Justin Shermer.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce (Kim), Dan, Pat and Bonnie; her brother Donny Shermer (Kris); and her siblings-in-law, Al Linder, Jeanne Metty, Darlene Shermer and Jayne Shermer. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
