The memory of Marian Oftedahl of Anoka, Minnesota, who passed away on November 5, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Olaf Maley (Minnie Nelson) and Minnie; her husband Jim; and her brother William Maley. She is survived by: her daughters, Kiz Taylor (Jeff), Kim Oftedahl (Jim Christophe) and Jill Smothers (Ron); her grandchildren, Amelia Goette (Mike), Zack Taylor, Jimmy Christophe, Tyler Smothers (Allisyn) and Jake Smothers (Amber); her great grandchildren, Lauren, Calvin and Vivian; and her siblings, Marlene Noack and James Maley. She is also survived by her children's clothes, even doll dresses, being a caring wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home (13817 Jay St NW, Andover, MN 55304).
