He is survived by: his wife Diane Boatman Holker (Koski); his stepchildren, Ashlyn Boatman and Aaron Boatman; his mother Vernice Holker; and his siblings, Doug Holker (Jamie), Kim Linton and Jodi Simmons. He is also survived by 2 nieces, 6 nephews; 3 great-nieces and 3 great-nephews.
