He was predeceased by : his parents, Alvin VanSlyke and Justina VanSlyke. He is survived by : his wife's children, JoAnn and Timothy; his wife Eleanor; his daughter JoAnn Becker (Michale); his grandsons, Benjamin and Brandon; his son Timothy (Sarah); and his granddaughters, Rachel and Rebecca.
