He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd and Delia. He is survived by: his wife Sally Kukar; his children, Mike (Jeanne), Susan (Al), Becky (Doug), Sandy (Bob), John and Patrick (April); and his grandchildren, Anthony, Brent, Eric, Gina and Ashley.
