He is survived by: his wife Beth; his mother Susan Blaylock; his brothers, Joe Blaylock (Lorrie), Paul Blaylock (Mary Lee) and Richard Blaylock (Linda); and his nieces and nephews, Cassidy Pen, Michaela Blaylock, Connor Blaylock, Brianna Lother and Jack Blaylock. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
