With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Christal Welty Peters of Apple Valley, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 4, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Christal shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Christal farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Welty and Zelma Welty. She is survived by: her husband Gilbert Peters; her siblings, Deborah Rogers (Randy), Nelda Johnson and William Welty Jr. (Lisa); and her aunts, Betty Smiley and Myriam Bourg. She is also survived by members of the Peters family; and many dear friends.
