He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyal R Fields and Marjorie Gertrude Fields. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Fields; his children, Jessica Fields (Nathan Henry) and Joseph Fields (Angela Botta); his grandchildren, Soren and Anya Fields-Henry; his brothers, Dick Fields (Felicita) and Dan Fields (Joni); his sisters-in-law, Dawn Hubmer (Roger), LaVonne Nicolai (Steve) and Mary Barnidge (Tom); and his nieces and nephews, Dustin Fields, Heather Fields, Rika Fields, Jennifer Mai, Stephanie Fields, Paul Hubmer, Laura Morganthall, Theresa Kuske, Jennifer Seyes, Ben Hitzemann, Jeremiah Nicolai and Sydney Barnidge.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Parkinson's Foundation or an organization of your choice.
